Definitions and Introduction

Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on fencewin, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If an account is created using false or misleading information, we reserve the right to close it immediately and forfeit any balance.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If a person creates multiple accounts, or if evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same device or IP address, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and bonuses will be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing account details with third parties or transferring your account is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on fencewin is ৳100 (one hundred taka) per method. We support the following payment methods:

4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions on fencewin are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 20 before making a withdrawal. This condition must be met before any withdrawal is made.
- Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
- Restrictions on using the bonus in certain games may apply.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program and Cashback
fencewin's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Playing more and staying active allows you to move up to higher VIP tiers. Each tier comes with different benefits and rewards.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or circumventing bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on fencewin are operated on fair and transparent principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure impartial outcomes. Fair play is our core commitment.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. Placing bets outside these limits will not be possible. fencewin reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.3 Game Errors
If a technical error or game malfunction causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the bet in question will be considered void. The staked amount will be returned. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a malfunction will not be honored.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the fencewin platform and will result in immediate account closure:
- Operating an account using another person's identity or false information.

Account Closure and Suspension
